SIAM TYRE EXPORT YOUR #1 TYER DEALER..
Return & Refund Policy
Siam Tire Export Ltd
Effective for orders placed through siamtiresexport.com
We want you to feel confident ordering tires from Siam Tire Export, whether you’re a single customer buying one set or a shop placing a wholesale order. This policy explains how returns, cancellations, refunds, and shipping issues are handled outside of a manufacturing defect.
For defective tires, see our separate 90-Day Manufacturing Defect Warranty — that warranty, not this policy, governs any claim involving a defect in materials or workmanship.
To keep this policy clear, we separate return situations by who’s responsible.

SEECTION 1
Who This Policy Covers
This policy applies to both retail and wholesale customers, but the rules differ between the two:
Retail customers
Individual orders and standard quantities follow the return, cancellation, and refund terms in Sections 2–7 below.
Wholesale, bulk, container & special order
These customers follow the separate terms in Section 8. If you're ordering as a business or in volume, please review that section before you order.
SEECTION 2
Non-Defect Returns (Wrong Size, Wrong Quantity, or Changed Your Mind) — Retail Orders
If a tire simply isn’t what you needed, retail customers may return it within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following:
- The tire must be unused, unmounted, never installed on a vehicle, and free of road wear or damage, with original labels and packaging where applicable. We sell new tires only, so any tire showing signs of mounting or use cannot be accepted back into inventory.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- No restocking fee.
Once we receive and inspect the returned tire, your refund is processed to your original payment method (see Section 9).
Before shipping anything back, contact us with your order number so we can confirm the return and give you the correct return address for that shipment.
Ordered the wrong size?
If you ordered, say, a 275/70R22.5 when you actually need a 295/75R22.5, we’re glad to help you get the right tire. Because we don’t hold every size as a direct swap, the simplest path is:
STEP 1
Return the original tire under the terms above (customer pays return shipping, tire must be unused).
STEP 2
Place a new order for the correct size.
STEP 3
Once your return is received and inspected, we refund the original order to your payment method.
If you’d rather we set up a formal exchange instead of a return-and-reorder, contact us before sending anything back and we’ll see what we can arrange.
SEECTION 3
Order Cancellations — Retail Orders
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Before your order ships
Cancellations are accepted. A cancellation fee may apply, generally reflecting any payment processing or logistics costs we've already incurred on the order — we'll confirm the exact amount, if any, when you contact us.
After your order ships
The order can no longer be cancelled. It's handled as a return (Section 2), a shipping-damage claim (Section 4), or a warranty claim, depending on the situation.
Wrong tire shipped
Contact us with your order number and photos of what you received. We'll send the correct tire and arrange (and pay for) return of the incorrect one. If you'd rather have a refund instead of a replacement, let us know when you reach out.
Visibly damaged package on arrival
Photograph the package before opening it, and photograph the tire itself once opened. If the damage is severe, you may refuse delivery — the carrier can return it to us directly. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can start a claim.
Damage discovered after opening (package looked fine outside)
This happens occasionally with freight shipments. Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the tire and packaging so we can process a concealed-damage claim with the carrier. We'll arrange replacement or refund once the claim is confirmed — you won't be charged return shipping for a carrier-damage claim.
SEECTION 4
Wrong Item Shipped or Damaged in Transit — Retail Orders
If we made a mistake, or your shipment was damaged by the carrier before it reached you, that’s on us — not a customer-paid return.
SEECTION 5
International / Export Orders
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
We export to 60+ countries, and returns work a little differently across borders:
- If the issue is our error (wrong item shipped) or a confirmed manufacturing defect, Siam Tire Export covers return shipping, customs, and duties on the returned item, same as a domestic order.
- If the return is by customer choice (wrong size ordered, changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping, customs, duties, and brokerage fees, and international non-defect returns are handled case-by-case given the cost and complexity of cross-border freight — contact us before ordering if you’re at all unsure about size, load rating, or fitment, since return logistics from overseas can be expensive.
- Original outbound shipping charges on international orders are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a covered defect.
SEECTION 6
Wholesale, Bulk, Container & Special-Order Tires
Because wholesale and special-order tires are priced, sourced, and often shipped differently than retail orders, they run on separate terms:
- Wholesale, pallet, container, and bulk orders are subject to return and cancellation terms agreed upon in writing before purchase (typically as part of your quote or purchase order).
- Special-order, custom, or specifically-imported tires ordered on a customer’s behalf are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed or shipped, since these are sourced specifically for that order.
- Outside of a confirmed manufacturing defect or a Siam shipping error, wholesale and special-order tires are treated as final sale.
- If you’re placing a wholesale or container order and want specific return terms in writing, raise it with us before the order is confirmed — we’re glad to put agreed terms in your purchase order.
SEECTION 7
Manufacturing Defects
SEECTION 8
Refunds — What to Expect
Once a return, cancellation, or refund request is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method where possible.
- Credit/debit card and PayPal payments are refunded directly to the card or account used.
- Bank/wire transfer payments are refunded via bank transfer to the account the payment originated from.
- You’ll see funds back within 30 days of approval, though it’s often faster — your bank or payment provider may add its own processing time on top of that.
- Refunds reflect the tire price and, where applicable, original shipping charges as described in Sections 2–5 above. Payment processing and transaction fees charged by the payment provider are generally non-refundable, as these are third-party costs we don’t retain control over.
We’ll confirm with you by email once your refund has been processed.
Payment methods accepted: credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and wire transfer.
