This payment policy explains how we accept, process, verify, and secure payment for every retail, wholesale, and export order of premium tires you place online. We want you to know exactly how we handle your money from checkout to delivery.

For commercial, wholesale, or export transactions, the applicable quotation, purchase order, sales agreement, or other written payment terms will prevail if they conflict with this policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

When you buy tires from us online, you can pay using:

Credit or Debit Card — we process this instantly and securely through Stripe
PayPal — pay with your PayPal balance, linked card, or bank account
Bank/Wire Transfer — for direct account-to-account payment

Bitcoin

However, these methods don’t all carry the same level of buyer protection, so please read Section 2 carefully before you choose one — especially for larger orders.

2. Buyer Protection by Payment Method

Before you pay for tires online, it’s important that you understand the difference between reversible and non-reversible payment methods.

Reversible — buyer-protected methods. Credit/debit card (via Stripe) and PayPal run through regulated payment networks. Both carry standard card-network or PayPal dispute rights, in addition to our own Return & Refund Policy. As a result, we recommend these methods for most retail orders.

Final — non-reversible methods. Cash App, Venmo, Bitcoin, and Bank/Wire Transfer are direct, final transfers. Once you send these payments, your bank, card network, or the payment app generally cannot reverse or charge them back.

If you choose a non-reversible method:

Confirm your order details, tire specifications, and total amount before you send payment.
Send payment only to the official channels we confirm at info@siamtiresexport.com — never to a personal account requested outside our standard checkout.
Understand that we will issue any refund owed to you under our Return & Refund Policy manually, since these payment rails don’t support automatic reversal.

We disclose this upfront so you can choose the payment method that matches your comfort level, particularly for higher-value or first-time orders.

3. When We Charge You

We don’t charge your payment method immediately at checkout. Instead, we first authorize and confirm the transaction, then charge your card, PayPal, or transfer only once we’ve verified your order — including address confirmation, fraud screening, and stock availability. If we can’t fulfill part of your order after verification, we’ll contact you before finalizing payment for that item.

4. Order Verification and Fraud Prevention

To protect both you and our business, we may verify orders before we process payment or shipment. Specifically, this can include:

Confirming billing and shipping address details
Contacting you to confirm order specifics
Requesting additional identification for large or first-time orders
Screening for signs of fraudulent activity

If an order fails verification, we may delay, hold, or cancel it. We typically resolve verification holds within 10 days; if we cancel the order, we’ll fully refund any payment already collected. For large or first-time orders, we generally consider anything over $2,000 USD “large” for identification-request purposes, though we may request additional verification below that threshold if an order otherwise appears unusual.

5. Pricing and Currency

We list all prices on our site in US Dollars (USD). If you pay using a non-USD payment method, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider determines the currency conversion, exchange rate, and any related fees — not Siam Tires Export. Therefore, we are not responsible for currency conversion losses or fees that third-party processors charge.

If you pay by Bitcoin, we set the BTC amount due based on the USD price at the time you check out, and that quote holds for 15 minutes. If we don’t receive full payment within that window, we may recalculate the BTC amount at the then-current exchange rate before we process your order. We are not responsible for value changes in Bitcoin you hold before or after payment.

6. Sales Tax and VAT

We calculate and add applicable US sales tax at checkout based on your shipping destination, where the law requires it. For international orders, however, you are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, or destination-country taxes, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

7. Wholesale, Bulk, and Export Payment Terms

If you’re a distributor, dealer, fleet operator, or export customer ordering by container or wholesale MOQ, you’ll typically pay under a deposit-and-balance structure:

~30% Deposit — due to confirm and begin processing the order
~70% Balance — due before the order ships

We confirm the exact deposit percentage, payment schedule, accepted methods, and currency for wholesale or export orders in your quotation or purchase order, which governs over this general policy. Contact us if you’d like a customized payment schedule for large or recurring orders.

8. Payment Security

We encrypt checkout on our site end-to-end via SSL. Because we process card and PayPal payments through Stripe and PayPal — the same processors major US retailers use — we never store your card and bank details on our servers. In fact, we don’t have access to your full card number, PayPal password, or bank login credentials at any time.

9. Failed, Declined, or Incomplete Payments

If your card or PayPal payment is declined, or if we don’t receive a bank transfer, Cash App, Venmo, or Bitcoin payment in full, we won’t process or ship your order. We’ll notify you when we can, but you’re also welcome to contact us at info@siamtiresexport.com to resolve a payment issue or retry with a different method.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once we’ve processed, packed, or handed off your order to a carrier, we generally can’t change or refund your payment, except under our Return & Refund Policy. For orders paid via Cash App, Venmo, Bitcoin, or Wire Transfer, we’ll issue any qualifying cancellation refund manually, which may take longer than card or PayPal refunds.

11. Refunds

We issue approved refunds under our Return & Refund Policy to your original payment method whenever possible:

Card payments — refunded to the same card, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
PayPal payments — refunded to your PayPal balance or original funding source, typically within 5–10 business days
Bank Transfer, Cash App, Venmo, and Bitcoin payments — refunded manually by our team to the account or wallet you paid from, typically within 5–10 business days of our approving the refund. Since these methods don’t support automatic reversal, actual receipt may take a few days longer depending on your bank or wallet provider. For Bitcoin refunds, we calculate the refund amount in USD at our approval date and convert it to BTC at the exchange rate on the day we send it, which may differ from the rate at your original payment date.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there’s an error with your order, we encourage you to contact us first at info@siamtiresexport.com so we can resolve it directly — in most cases, this works faster than a card or PayPal dispute. You always retain the right to file a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer or PayPal; however, reaching out to us first often resolves the issue faster and avoids the delays that formal dispute processes can involve. Also note that Cash App, Venmo, Bitcoin, and Wire Transfer payments generally have no formal chargeback mechanism at all, which is another reason to confirm order details before you send payment through those methods.

13. Suspicious or High-Risk Orders

We reserve the right to delay, hold, cancel, or request additional verification for any order that appears fraudulent, unusually large, or inconsistent with normal ordering patterns, regardless of payment method. If we cancel a high-risk order, we’ll refund the full purchase amount we collected. As with all refunds, we are not responsible for third-party fees your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or the Bitcoin network charged on the original transaction, such as wire fees, currency conversion costs, or blockchain network fees.

Governing Law and Disputes

The laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, govern this payment policy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this policy that we can’t resolve directly with you, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your home country or applicable card network rules provide otherwise.
