We ship to customers across the USA, Canada, Europe, and more than 60 countries worldwide.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Standard shipping is a flat $50 per order. Orders of four or more eligible tires qualify for free standard shipping, and this applies to domestic and international orders alike. Certain oversized, specialty, commercial, wholesale, LTL, and freight orders may be excluded and are quoted separately.

CAN I SHIP TIRES TO MY HOME, BUSINESS OR A TIRE SHOP

Yes. Eligible orders can be shipped to residential addresses, businesses, tire shops, installation locations, warehouses, or other approved delivery addresses. Where the shipping method supports it, you can also have tires shipped directly to your preferred installer.

DELIVERY

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Delivery estimates depend on product availability, fulfillment location, destination, and shipping method. Because of this, estimated delivery dates are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the USA and express delivery takes 2-3 business days within USA. Next-day delivery for in state orders. 

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, tracking is provided once it becomes available after your order ships.

WHAT CAN CAUSE A DELIVERY DELAY?

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

WHAT IF A TIRE I ORDER TURNS TO BE DEFECTIVE ?

Our 70K Mi-warranty covers manufacturing defects. If a defect is confirmed, you can choose a replacement or a refund, and we cover the return shipping cost.

WHAT IF I SIMPLE CHANGE MY MIND, OR ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE?

Non-defect returns, such as change-of-mind or wrong-size orders, are accepted within 10 days of delivery. You'll cover the return shipping cost, and there's no restocking fee. See our full Return & Refund Policy for eligibility details.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM, OR IT ARRIVES DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

We'll send a replacement and cover the return shipping cost, since this falls outside the standard non-defect return window.

Once a refund is approved, it's returned to you within 30 days.
