Welcome to the official shipping policy for premium tires for sale online at Siam Tires Export Co., Ltd. Since 1982, we’ve shipped certified, premium tires from Bridgestone, Michelin, Hankook, Continental, Pirelli, and Double Coin from our Oklahoma City warehouse to customers, dealers, and fleets in more than 60 countries. This policy explains exactly how we process, ship, and deliver every order — retail, wholesale, or export — so you know what to expect from checkout to delivery.
For commercial, wholesale, or export transactions, the applicable quotation, purchase order, sales agreement, Incoterms, or other written shipping terms will prevail if they conflict with this policy.

Shipping from a single, centralized US warehouse means faster processing, consistent quality control, and reliable tracking on every order — whether it’s headed across town or across the globe.
SECTION 2
Shipping Rates and Free Shipping on Tire Orders
We keep our shipping pricing simple:
- Free shipping on all orders over $1,000, shipped directly to your address or your installer.
- Orders under $1,000 are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight/dimensions, tire quantity, and the shipping service selected.
- Express shipping is available where supported by the carrier and destination, for an additional fee confirmed at checkout.
Free shipping applies to eligible retail and online orders within the service areas we support, and is subject to product availability, destination, and any exclusions noted at checkout. Bulk, wholesale, dealer, fleet, and export orders are quoted separately — see Section 9 below.
SECTION 3
Order Processing Times
Every order is processed only after payment has been successfully verified. Processing time can vary based on:
- Product availability and warehouse stock
- Tire size, brand, model, and specification
- Order quantity
- Payment and address verification
- Export or commercial documentation requirements
- Carrier availability
We aim to prepare and dispatch in-stock online orders promptly, usually the next business day. Wholesale, dealer, fleet, and international export orders may require additional coordination before shipment. If a tire is temporarily out of stock, we’ll contact you with an updated availability or shipping timeline.

Delivery Times for Tires Ordered Online
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery overnight or within 2 business days, where available.
These are estimates, not guarantees, unless we provide a written delivery commitment. Delivery timing begins once your order is accepted by the carrier and can be affected by weekends, holidays, customs inspections, weather, carrier disruptions, or port congestion. If your order is time-sensitive, contact us before you buy tires online so we can confirm stock, processing time, and realistic delivery windows for your destination.
SECTION 5
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available. International, freight, and consolidated shipments may use airway bills, bills of lading, or other freight documentation instead of standard parcel tracking. Please monitor your tracking updates and be available to receive your shipment — a shipment isn’t considered lost simply because tracking hasn’t updated yet, especially for international freight.

International and Export Shipping Documentation
For international and export orders, we prepare shipping and compliance documents as required by the destination market, which may include:
- Commercial invoices and packing lists
- Certificates of origin
- Product specifications and compliance documents
- Airway bills or bills of lading
International delivery times can vary significantly due to customs clearance, inspections, port congestion, and local delivery conditions beyond our control.
SECTION 8
Customs, Duties, and Import Charges
Unless we state otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for all destination-country charges, including customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any local delivery or handling charges. We recommend confirming import requirements with your local customs authority or broker before placing an international order. Siam Tires Export is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, incomplete import documentation, or unpaid destination charges.
SECTION 9
Wholesale, Bulk, and Fleet Tire Shipping
Buying premium tires online in bulk? Distributors, dealers, and fleet operators can order by the container or with a small minimum order quantity (MOQ) at wholesale pricing. Because bulk and commercial shipments depend on total weight, dimensions, and destination, shipping is quoted separately — contact us for a customized freight quote before you order.
SECTION 10
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and email at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays, extra charges, or returned shipments caused by incorrect addresses, missing unit numbers, incorrect recipient information, or a refused delivery. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately to correct your address — changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
SECTION 11
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Tire Shipments
Inspect every shipment as soon as it arrives. If a tire arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect:
- 1Photograph the packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.
- 2Note the issue on the carrier’s delivery receipt if possible.
- 3Email us at info@siamtiresexport.com with your order number, delivery date, photos, and a description of the issue.
If you receive the wrong tire size or specification, contact us before mounting or using it — eligible incorrect shipments qualify for replacement, subject to inspection. Please don’t discard damaged packaging until your claim is reviewed.
SECTION 12
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If tracking shows no movement or your shipment appears delayed, contact us and we’ll coordinate directly with the carrier. Investigations can take additional time, and we may ask you to confirm your delivery address or provide supporting documentation.
SECTION 13
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed to a carrier, it generally can’t be changed or canceled. If cancellation is still possible, applicable processing, restocking, or carrier charges may be deducted from your refund. Custom-sourced, private-label, or bulk factory orders may carry separate cancellation terms confirmed before processing begins.
SECTION 14
Returns and Treadwear Warranty Shipping
Ordinary returns are handled under our 10-day return and exchange policy — see our full Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back; unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
Separately, every tire purchased online from Siam Tires Export is backed by a 70,000-mile limited treadwear warranty. For an approved treadwear warranty claim, we cover the cost of shipping the tire back to us for inspection, subject to approval under the applicable warranty terms. This warranty does not cover damage from punctures, road hazards, improper installation or inflation, overloading, misalignment, improper storage, accidents, alterations, or off-label use.
SECTION 15
Delivery Exceptions Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, port congestion, customs inspections, government or import/export restrictions, public health emergencies, or limited carrier service to your area. When practical, we’ll keep you updated and work with our carriers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
SECTION 16
Policy Updates
We may update this shipping policy from time to time to reflect changes in our carriers, destinations, or business practices. The version in effect at the time you place your order will generally apply, unless different terms are confirmed with you in writing. For commercial, wholesale, or export transactions, your signed quotation or purchase order may supplement or replace parts of this policy.
